We provide free high-quality civil legal assistance to low-income residents of Southeastern Massachusetts. Our main office is located in downtown New Bedford, Massachusetts, with a satellite office located in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

NCLA receives funding from the Legal Services Corporation, Massachusetts Bar Foundation, and the City of New Bedford Office of Housing and Community Development
